Catch 35
Staci and I were in the mood for seafood and looking for something walkable, so we decided to give Catch 35 a try. It was… fine. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either.
The menu reads well—classic seafood staples, decent variety—but when the food hit the table, it just didn’t inspire. Flavors were safe, presentation was basic, and the whole thing felt like it was aimed more at out-of-towners looking for “nice” seafood than people seeking a real dining experience.
The Verdict
Catch 35 is okay if you’re nearby and need something predictable, but it’s not a spot we’d go out of our way for again. If you’re a local and know the city, there are better seafood plays with more personality and better execution.
