Prosecco
Sunday night called for a local spot, so Staci and I headed over to Prosecco, just down the block. Anthony had mentioned it was good—but either he undersold it, or we weren’t listening, because this place blew us away.
The Experience
We were welcomed by a pleasant hostess who offered us a choice of tables, and within minutes of sitting, we were sipping on two complimentary glasses of prosecco—classy touch that set the tone right away.
The Food
Started with the burrata and tomato—easily one of the best versions we’ve had. Creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
For mains:
I had a gluten-free pasta with tomato cream sauce and sausage—absolutely fantastic.
Staci went with the Tartufate (truffle pasta), which was just as rich and satisfying.
The Vibe
Charming, polished, and exactly the kind of restaurant you want to have nearby. It’s upscale enough to feel special but still relaxed enough for a spontaneous Sunday night meal.
The Verdict
Prosecco is officially on the G-Life favorites list. The food, service, and atmosphere all hit the mark, and the gluten-free execution was spot on.
A huge win—and we’re already planning to go back.
