Boeufhaus
Had a great meal with Anthony at Boeufhaus tonight—and honestly, this place reminded me why we go out for steak in the first place.
We kicked things off with a full spread of starters:
• Manila clams – tender and full of flavor
• Shrimp cocktail – classic and cold, with a punchy sauce
• Crudo – fresh and clean, a great contrast to what came next
• Short rib beignets – rich, savory, and one of the table favorites
Then came the Porterhouse, and it was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. Perfectly cooked, great crust, and plenty of flavor without needing anything extra.
We wrapped the meal with a Sundae, because why not?
The Vibe
It’s a cool, understated neighborhood spot with steakhouse-level execution. Not flashy, not trying too hard—just quality food, great service, and good people. We ended up chatting with a fun group at the next table, which added to the whole vibe. Forgot to grab many photos, but that’s usually a sign you’re having a great time.
The Verdict
Boeufhaus is a must-hit. The steak was outstanding, the starters were on point, and the space has that sweet spot of casual energy with serious food. Already planning to go back.
