RPM Steak

RPM Steak

February 13th turned into a full-on dining event at RPM Steak. I was joined by John and Matt, and we didn’t just have dinner—we went on a tasting tour of the RPM menu. The verdict? Exceptional from start to finish.

The Drinks

We kicked things off with pre-dinner cocktails:

Gin martinis (Funky Monkey) for John and me

  • A whiskey for Matt
Strong, well-balanced, and a fitting prelude to the meal ahead.

The Starters

We didn’t hold back—thick-cut bacon, crab leg, and oysters.

All three were standout dishes on their own—you honestly couldn’t pick a favorite. The bacon was rich and savory, the crab leg sweet and fresh, and the oysters clean and briny. Perfect openers.

The Steaks

For mains, we went with the Wagyu strip and the 38 oz bone-in ribeye.

Together, they made for a killer combo—the richness of the Wagyu contrasted perfectly with the classic, bold flavor of the ribeye. It was the best of both steak worlds.

The Sides

  • Hen of the Woods mushrooms

  • Japanese sweet potatoes

  • One other (lost in the delicious blur)—but all hit the mark. Creative and complementary, not just filler.

The Dessert

Warm vanilla donuts and carrot cake—a perfect finale. Sweet, satisfying, and totally worth saving room for.

The Verdict

This was a full 5-star G-Life experience. From cocktails to dessert, RPM Steak delivered across the board. Whether it’s a casual Tuesday (or a reason to invent a celebration), this spot is a must for any serious steak lineup.
