Bizarre Meats

Bizarre Meats

Wow. That’s really the headline. This might be the best steakhouse experience we’ve had in Chicago—and that’s saying a lot. We went big here, and it was absolutely worth it.

The Spread

We ordered across the board—appetizers, caviar, Wagyu, ribeye—the full run. And nearly everything was a hit. The food doesn’t just taste good—it’s playful, dramatic, and feels special without being gimmicky.

The caviar was good, but if we’re being honest, the jamón ibérico stole the show. It comes with the caviar and honestly overshadows it a bit. Next time, we’d skip the caviar and double down on the ham.

The Wagyu was incredible. Perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth rich. The ribeye brought the classic steakhouse flavor—well-seasoned, beautifully charred, and balanced out the richness of the Wagyu nicely.

The Experience

This isn’t your typical steakhouse. It’s high-energy, theatrical, and totally fun. The service is sharp, knowledgeable, and adds to the experience without ever getting in the way. It feels like a night out and a meal all in one.

The Verdict

5 stars. Easy. This place makes steak feel exciting again. From the creative starters to the luxurious cuts of meat to the overall vibe—it just lands. If you’re in Chicago and want a dining experience that goes beyond the usual, you’ve got to give Bazaar Meat a shot.
