Swift and Sons

Took the Highbourne crew to Swift & Sons for a proper steak night, and it absolutely delivered. The vibe was lively, the service was sharp and attentive, and the food hit across the board.

What We Shared

We went big and split:

• A5 Wagyu – rich, indulgent, and exactly what you want from a few slices of something special

• Tomahawk – great presentation, cooked perfectly, full of flavor

• Ribeye with bone marrow – the standout for me; buttery, savory, and just a touch over-the-top in the best way

Everything came out as requested and was well-paced—even with a larger group, nothing felt rushed or missed.
