Pink Taco

Took the boys from ND to Pink Taco back in January and it turned out to be a great call. This is one of those casual, high-energy spots that doesn’t take itself too seriously but still delivers on food and fun.

The Food & Drink

The menu hit the right balance of classic and creative Mexican, and everything we ordered came out hot, flavorful, and satisfying. No one was disappointed—and that’s saying something with a bigger group.

The drinks looked great and were a hit with the crew (those who had the stamina to test them thoroughly). A few of us kept it more tame, but the vibe was festive regardless.

Lively, colorful, and casual—Pink Taco is made for group hangs, weekend nights, and let’s-not-overthink-it dinners. Not fine dining, not trying to be—but good food, solid drinks, and a fun atmosphere make it easy to recommend.

The Verdict

Definitely worth checking out when you’ve got a crew and want something laid-back with reliable Mexican food and a party vibe. Would go again with the right group in a heartbeat.
