Tzuco
Had an excellent meal at Tzuco. This is one of those restaurants that blends elevated technique with bold, soulful flavors—and it works.
What We Ordered
We started with two appetizers:
The ceviche, which was bright, balanced, and super fresh
And a tomato salad that honestly stole the early part of the meal—simple ingredients, big flavor
For mains:
I had the pork shank, and it was outstanding—fall-apart tender, deeply seasoned, and exactly the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite
Staci had the stuffed peppers, which were beautifully presented and packed with flavor. She was all in.
The Vibe
Warm, stylish, and thoughtful—just like the menu. It feels upscale without being stiff. Great for a date night or a special dinner that still feels relaxed and approachable.
The Verdict
Tzuco absolutely earns its praise. Creative but comforting, and every plate felt like it had a point of view. We’ll definitely be back.
