Rose Mary
Had a great experience at Rose Mary. It’s one of those rare spots that lives up to the hype—a top new restaurant that’s casual, refined, and absolutely worth bringing people to when you want to impress without being too buttoned-up.
The Food
lThe menu is designed for sharing, which makes it a bit more intimate—you want to go with people you know or at least like enough to pass plates back and forth. That said, it could still work for a business dinner if you’re comfortable navigating a shared setup.
We ordered across the menu and hit a bunch of different categories—everything from small bites to pastas to mains. A standout was the Stracciatella (don’t ask me to pronounce it)—tomato, cheese, bread, and all the right textures.
Dessert Trio
We wrapped with a three-course dessert:
Lemon sorbet
Pistachio gelato
Puff pastry
All excellent. Clean, flavorful, and not too heavy—just like the rest of the meal.
The Verdict
Rose Mary deserves the high marks. Great for out-of-towners, date nights, or low-key flex dinners where you want to impress without feeling like you’re putting on a show.
If it’s not a full 5-star G-Life meal, it’s very close—an easy 4.5+.
