Fantastic experience—every single time. We’ve now been to The Aviary five times, and it continues to deliver one of the most creative, memorable food-and-drink experiences in the city.

The Formats

We’ve done both the 7-course kitchen table tasting (with cocktail pairings) and the 3-taste progression in the main lounge—and honestly, both are excellent. The kitchen table feels like a performance with front-row seats. The progression is more casual but still full of surprises.

No matter where you sit, the focus is clear: cocktails elevated to art, paired with dishes that are just as clever and well-executed.

The Vibe

It’s dark, it’s mysterious, it’s incredibly well-run. Service is top-tier without being stiff, and the staff actually seems excited for you to be there. And yes—I’m only posting two photos because the experience deserves to be discovered, not spoiled.

The Verdict

The Aviary is a must. If you like cocktails even a little bit—or just want to see what happens when culinary technique meets imagination—this place is worth the reservation. Five visits in, and it still feels fresh.
